The hotel’s large restaurant, the Chelsea Riverside Brasserie, has recently launched a new ‘Coast-to-Coast’ dinner menu, as part of its commitment to supporting British producers and sourcing 95% of its ingredients sustainably from across the UK.

The exciting new menu celebrates the ‘jewels of the land and sea’, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients from the sea, the hedgerowandthe fields. Available overthe next six months, diners will be able to sample the very best of British produce in an array of innovative dishes. With a deep understanding of British produce and its pairings, in collaboration and under the guidance of Chef Steve Tonkin and his team, the newly created Coast-to-Coast menu features just-shucked Morecambe Bay rock oysters, juicy Lyme Bay scallops and fresh grilled fish caught by day boats on the coast, as well as unusual foraged, seasonal vegetables and quality seasonal game.

Highlights from the new menu include; peppered Newbury Estate venison carpaccio with cobnuts and spiced pear; hand dived scallop ceviche; line-caught Cornish Turbot with mermaid’s kiss and seaweed butter; miso black cod; Romney Marsh lamb cutlets with Hoggs pudding and collard greens hash; and roast WhitfieldEstate grouse with redcabbage andbramble dressing.

Beautifully presented with stunning harbour views to match, the new wine menu complements the dishes well and includes a whole host of sparkling, red, white and rosé wine from coastal destinations in Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Spain, to name a few.

Stylish and modern with plenty of natural light thankstothefloortoceilingwindowsandlargeterrace, the venue is perfect for business lunches, friendly catchups and romantic dinners alike.

The ‘Coast to Coast’ dinner menu launched this month and will be in residence for 6-months at the Chelsea Riverside Brasserie at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. Starters start from £7, mains from £18 and desserts from £7.50.
