Headed up by The Dorchester's youngest ever head chef, Tom Booton, The Grill at The Dorchester is a modern day British grill. Hearty and fresh, the menu celebrates the best of British with the very best seasonal ingredients.

From cod kiev to Cumbrian beef tartare with oxtail jelly, the menu is brimming with innovative twists on classics. Highlights include lamb with wild garlic, preserved cabbage, morels and a herb and lamb fat sauce; globe artichoke, barigoule, pickled walnuts and tarragon; and ribeye for two with beef XO mayonnaise. The succulent beef fillet 'steak and oyster' pie isn't to be missed either providing a hearty yet opulent option.

Sides include The Grill's signature bacon and cheese chips and a

Castelfranco 'Caesar' salad served with cured salami. While those with a sweet tooth will be pleased to see a host of options from the white snickers with salted milk ice cream; egg custard tart with nutmeg soft serve; and chocolate brownie with orange and caramel. There's also a selection of cheese from The Cheese Merchants' served with homemade chutney, and fruit and nut bread.

Providing a sense of theatre, from amuse bouche surprises and spectacular plating to the stunning bar and open kitchen, The Grill offers an atmospheric experience. Welcoming and knowledgable staff are on hand to guide you through the menu and the extensive wine and cocktail menu too. - with a host of unique options on offer to explore and indulge your palate.

The perfectly proportioned space creates an intimate atmosphere with the table layout delivering an almost private dining experience in which to enjoy every aspect of your meal to the full. With its vibrant display wall behind the 'pudding bar' drawing the eye and equally beautiful bar, there are plenty of options for seating, should you prefer an 'at the bar' arrangement to engage further with the staff and behind the scenes action.

Award-winning bartender, Lucia Montanelli, has reinvented the craft of the perfect cocktail. Look out for Gentleman Tom made with Old Tom gin, Punt e Mes, Chinotto and Maraschino, and creative mocktails including Effervescent Idol, Fruitful Moment, and Virgin Tiddly Wink.
