Terence is well-known in the industry. The magazine his company published, Property Trader, was one of the market leaders – respected and loved by both advertisers and prospective home owners. When Tiso Blackstar became the majority shareholder in 2016, Terence stayed on for two more years as the Managing Director before deciding to take a leap of faith and join AS Properties. Garth started his career as a sales consultant at TygerBurger. Clearly results-driven and a born leader, it didn’t take Garth long to start climbing the corporate ladder. In less than four years he became TygerBurger’s advertising and sales manager. In 2012 he was promoted to the position of WP Media: Advertising Manager. Under his leadership, WP Media won numerous awards including the coveted Ton Vosloo award earlier this year for Most Profitable Business Unit in Media24. André Swart, director of Alexander Swart Property Group, and the Hewitt brothers have known each other for years.
