GOOD SALES IN FIRST WEEKS OF STONEWOOD VILLAGE LAUNCH Those who decry the state of the Western Cape residential property market, completely overlook the fact that certain sections remain as buoyant as ever, and remarkably fast sales can still be achieved here. This has been proved yet again by the recent launch of 106 homes in the Stonewood Security estate. The new Trinity project, Stonewood Village Homes, with Brick ‘n board as the contractors and Alexander Swart as the marketing/selling agents, is very conveniently sited on the corner of Okavango Road and Pinehurst Drive. In the first week, Alexander Swart sold 7 homes and is now rapidly approaching the 15 mark. “There is one main reason for this.” says Rowan Alexander, Director of Alexander Swart Property, “Trinity are offering quite exceptional value here. The prices are pitched between R1 810 000 and R2 110 000; with the majority below R2 million. At these prices the buyer gets a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a kitchen and scullery AND a garage with remote control doors. The Cape residential market has not seen three-bedroom, single level homes at these prices for a very long time. “Savvy buyers realize that this is an opportunity to get a really good deal.” He added that buyers are also impressed by the fact that Trinity are all-but complete with the services installation (electricity, water, sewerage and drainage and roads work) and well advanced with the boundary walls, paths and extensive landscaping. The property includes a small, well cared for vlei with luxuriant plant growth on all the banks. Alexander Swart’s team are ready and willing to take interested parties to the development, by appointment, any day of the week. They have agents on site from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays and 2pm to 5pm on Sundays.
