iSiKolo School of Learning Courses: ▫ Full Intern Training Programme
You enrol with us as a “rookie” and we change you into a Real Estate Professional! This programme assists new entrants to the property industry (Intern agents) to complete their EAAB Logbooks and obtain their NQF4 qualifica�on. We also prepare them for the PDE4 exam. This programme is spread over a 10 month period in which the intern will have to a�end classes from �me to �me and also gather prac�cal experience in the workplace
▫ Intern Logbook course only
Interns who have received exemp�on from NQF4 (or completed their NQF4) and s�ll need to complete their EAAB logbook can enrol for this course
▫ NQF4 for Full Status agents (Via the RPL method)
This programme is meant for exis�ng full status agents who have not yet obtained this qualifica�on. You a�end receive your Por�olio of Evidence that you need to compile. This you have to complete over a period of 25 weeks.
▫ NQF5 for PRINCIPALS – Full Training Programme
With this programme we guide and assist full status non- principal agents to become Principals. The course is completed over a 10 day period distributed over a 36 week period. This will enable the learner to learn whilst earning a living.
▫ NQF5 for PRINCIPALS (Via the RPL method)
This programme is meant for exis�ng principals who have not yet obtained this qualifica�on. You receive your Por�olio of Evidence that you need to compile. This you have to do over a period of 30 weeks.
▫ Professional Designa�on Exam (PDE) prepara�on workshops
When done with your NQF4 or 5 you will need to write the PDE exam. We offer preparatory classes before each exam in order to teach you how to approach and navigate this open book 4 hour exam
▫ Coffee Break” Training sessions
We offer 2 hour training sessions on popular Real Estate topics. These sessions a�ract cer�ficates of a�endance and can be used for non-verifiable Con�nuous Professional Development (CPD) ac�vi�es.
