This programme assist new entrants to the propety industry (Intern Agents) to complete and obtain their NQF4 qualifica�on with full training of the theory pertaining to real estate prac�ces. This programme is spread over a 8 month period in which the intern will have to a�end classes from �me to �me and also gather prac�cal experience in the workplace.

During the 12-month internship period the intern agent must comply with the EAAB educa�on regula�ons and therefore complete the NQF4 qualifica�on as well as the EAAB logbook. The intern agent must complete the PDE4 exam in his/her 2nd 12 month period. If the intern does not comply with these educa�on regula�ons, the EAAB reserve the right to revoke the intern’s Fidelity Fund Cer�ficate.
