Youth Sexual and Reproductive Rights & Poverty is a first in the series of briefs that will illuminate the connections between SRR and development issues that are central to youth and must be included in the Post-2015 Development Agenda. Resource Map on SOGI for Young Sexual and Reproductive Rights Activists is collection of useful resources for advocates and activists alike working to ensure that young LGBTIQ people can claim and exercise their sexual and reproductive rights. A Letter from the Board of Directors It is our pleasure to present to you the latest edition of the Alumni Newsletter. We are so delighted to have you as a constant part of our community and want to thank you, again, for all your support and mentorship throughout the years. As you may know from your personal experiences, each year with the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights is a constant adventure filled with many successes, accomplishments, and positive learning experiences. We continue to fill our schedules with events and activities that not only promote, but also push the boundaries of and thus achieve successes within youth sexual and reproductive rights. Our unique perspective and working structure continues to make us one of the strongest leaders within youth sexual and reproductive rights movement. With this newsletter, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and also provide you with a brief summary of the achievements of YCSRR over the past year as well as what to look forward to in the year to come.

During the last 8 months, the YCSRR has been very busy. As the Operational Review of the Program of Action of ICPD has been taking place, we have been able to get involved in shaping this process in different ways and at different levels.

As part of the Operational Review of PoA of ICPD, the YCSRR played a key role as participants in all of the regional consultations that have taken place, as well as having participated in the Steering Committee of the Global Youth Forum and the Human Rights Consultation this July in The Netherlands. We have also just returned from the Women’s Health Consultation, convened in Mexico City.
