True Black

In order to achieve a true black please use Hex #000000

Backgrounds

Please ensure the print file is supplied with a transparent background and any backgrounds which are not required are removed.

Print Size

Artwork should be submitted at the size required for print. Do not include crop marks, guidelines or bleed.

File Format

Our preferred file format for print is a PNG with a transparent background. We also accept - PNG, AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF

Colour Mode

Print files should be prepared in RGB. Our DTG printer prints with an additional channel of Red & Green colours enabling the widest colour gamut possible.

Resolution

For best print results submit print ready artwork in 300 DPI.

This glass chopping board has been tempered to withstand high temperatures without cracking, it is scratch proof, heat resistant and features long-lasting print.

What are your turnaround times?

We offer a quick turnaround with same-day despatch available on most of our products, this is dependent on stock levels.

What is your current capacity?

We are currently able to offer a capacity of 2,000 full colour garment prints per day.

Do you offer a white label service?

We send out all our direct to garment orders using a white label service. None of our details will be included with your order.

What are the wash care instructions?

We recommend garments are machine washed at 30 degrees or less. Wash with similar colours, inside out, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest life.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices displayed in this brochure exclude VAT. Please get in touch for your free bespoke, no-obligation quote.

How do I place an order?

Website Integration

Integrate your online store easily via API for our on-demand, automated, online printing and fulfillment services.

What this means for you

Integration allows your orders to be processed quickly, efficiently and automatically with a super easy setup - you can simply download an app, configure a few services and products, then you’re good to go.

Once setup is complete a customer can place an order on your website and it will be sent to our central in-house order processing software ready for production - all in a matter of minutes.

Depending on how you integrate with us, we can automatically size your artwork, assist with mapping and data migration from other platforms.
