TAKING CARE OF YOUR FLAGS

Over the weeks and months your flag may discolour from air pollution, this may mean that over time bright whites will grey and bright colours will dull a little. UV rays will cause deterioration and fading to the fabric and thread.

Fabric flags and banners can be washed normally at up to 40 degrees with normal household detergents to remove the dirt and restore brightness. Make sure you dry your flag completely before storing them to prevent mould.

In extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain and heavy winds you should take down your outdoor product and store away safely.

To keep your flag in a good condition, make sure they are positioned with enough space to rotate freely and are not rubbing against anything sharp which will wear them quickly.

The life expectancy of a flag in normal conditions is 4-6 months, if cared for your flag can last longer. Any edges that become frayed should be trimmed, re-enforced and re-hemmed.

SHELL SCHEME PANELS

Shell schemes are modular systems which usually come in 1 metre modules to build any stand size.

We print directly onto 3mm foamex panels (pictured right) to fit your shell scheme system at a trade show or exhibition. Standard panels are 950 x 2340 mm, and a typical shell scheme is 3 x 3 metres, as demonstrated in the diagrams below. Panels slide seamlessly into the shell scheme wall

Our diagrams are examples based on what we have found to be standard shell scheme sizes, but we are aware that this can still vary from show to show.

The frame is made from lightweight yet sturdy aluminium, assembled using a simple connector system.

This clever and cost effective system can be custom designed or shaped to fit any space. It can be wall mounted, free-standing, suspended, retro-fitted or used to build an entire structure. It can be teamed with LED lighting, backlit or spotlit. It can securely support LED TVs or iPads. It can be assembled for a one-off event, reused time and time again, or fixed in place in an office or retail environment.

We will print your artwork on a special stretch fabric, selected from our unique range of purpose made fabrics for its rich, vibrant, colour-fast qualities, seamlessly up to 10’ high x any length. Our lightweight A-Board makes a great solution for indoor and temporary outdoor displays. It folds to a minimum depth of 4cm meaning it can be stored away neatly and safely. Made from recycled PVC, your graphic can be stuck on or whiteboard markers used to create your bespoke messaging.

The sign only weighs 2.9kg making it more suitable for indoor use or sheltered outdoor locations.

Our premium A-Board pavement signs are easily changeable and have an additional permanent printed graphic header. A double sided A-Board with a anti-glare poster covers and quick release mechanism. This allows you to really show off on the sidewalk without breaking the bank.

The steel frames and back panels have hinged locking arms to provide optimum stability. The anti-glare poster cover sheets are UV stable and filter sunlight to protect poster colours. The frames can be folded flat meaning it can be efficiently stored or easily carried to events.

ARE THERE TEMPLATES FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

We provide a range of product templates that can be used for your artwork. Templates can be downloaded from each product page on our website, or alternatively you can email sales@yourprintpartner.co.uk and we will send them to you.

WHICH FILE FORMAT IS BEST?

To help ensure your product is printed to the highest quality, we prefer your artwork to be in a PDF format.

Alternatively, if you use the Adobe Creative Suite, we can also accept AI (Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop) and INDD (InDesign) files, provided all elements of the document are embedded and are high quality.

If Jpegs are provided they need to be the highest resolution possible which is 300 dpi minimum at 100% print size. Please note that images and logos saved from websites are mostly between 72-96dpi and are therefore unsuitable for printing.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ARTWORK IS TOO LARGE TO EMAIL?

If your file is too large to attach, we recommend you use a free file transfer service such as:

WHAT SCALE SHOULD I PROVIDE MY ARTWORK AT?

Ideally we would prefer your artwork at 100% print size, as per our templates, but a number of our products are very large in size, so we will also accept a 50% print size.

DO YOU CHECK SPELLING AND GRAMMAR?

Whilst we will check all artwork to make sure it has been sized correctly, we don’t check artwork for spelling or grammar mistakes. It is important that you proof read your artwork carefully before sending it through to us for printing.
