Check the correct input has been selected via the Control Panel.
Check that the device is not on standby mode. If so turn back on using the power switch on the device itself. After finishing your session switch off the system normally using the control panel If using an external device via VGA please make certain the volume control on the device is turned up to high level and that the device is set up to output via VGA. On the desktop right click ‘Screen resolution’ and check if it is set up to work on a second screen.. University devices have been set up to work automatically with the system. Please don’t try and fix issues with any university devices yourself. Attempting to fix the problem yourself could result in further disruptions. Contact Media Services who will come and fix any video issues you may have.
