Acadamic / Individual Work Project Type: Illustration / Advertising Design Location: Kunming, China Date: Feb 2022 Kunming is one of the most important tourist cities in China. This city is on the road of urbanization and new industrialization. As a designer, residents should be endowed with a sense of belonging and urban space and architecture in line with the history and memory of the city. I do not want the connotation and self-renewal ability of local culture to be blurred and lost under the influence of globalization.

Market Festival During the festival, these selfbuilt pop-up installations can be built in different locations according to the needs of diverse people to meet the needs of a variety of festival activities.

Memory of Market Branding Design of Festival
In this project I set up a virtual creation festival called fancy planet. This is a creative event led by urban youth. However, there are also many activities in the market that conform to the memory and traditions of the local people, so I designed characters related to the activities in illustration works. The vision and attitude of the younger generation into the body of the traditional market, not only let us remember the warm and lively secular scene to be shown, but also create both local and trendy lifestyle and name card.

Central Market I chose Market in Central Plaza and Clock Tower for the illustration workss. The work shows the lively scene of the market activities. The illustrations are also considered as an event advertisement for 'fancy planet' in print posters and urban electronic advertisements.

This project seeks the common ground between traditional culture and emerging culture, Bridges with Bazaar and designs pop-up installation and some street and square facilities to slightly intervene in the space of the old city, so as to have a series of rich regional activities in different festivals and occasions to awaken the vitality of the city.

Branding design of Contemporary Art Museum
Individual Work Project Type: Branding Design & Ilustration Location: London, United Kingdom Date: March 2022 This art museum uses new media art as its main exhibition work. Each exhibition space is a more independent closed box unit, which is elevated above the first fl oor. Considering the simplicity of the museum brand design, a single blue color was chosen as the main color of the design. Combined with the characteristics of the museum space, the logo is designed as the image of an exhibition unit. Combined with the story of the museum design, the form of illustration is used as the theme of the design element.

03 The Snow House Illustration and Book Cover Design Individual Work Project Type: illustration and Book Cover Design Location: London, United Kingdom Date: December 2021 This is a story novel full of warmth and winter atmosphere. The illustration for the cover was drawn by me using iPad Procreate. And I also design a book cover for this project. Compared with the quiet and cold scene of the illustration, the overall design of the book uses active orange as the main color to create a lively feeling. The book cover is made of hard paper material.
