1 tbsp light soya sauce ½ tbsp sugar 1 tbsp water 【 METHOD 】
Combine chicken with
marinade and marinate for 30 minutes. Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch and deep-frying in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry onion until aromatic. Add sauce ingredients, fried chicken and stir-fry until well mixed. Dish up and serve hot.
