With the existing lab design, layout, and space constraints, the labs are unable to meet the increasing business market needs because of limited QC capacity. In order to increase lab capacity and efficiency, the redesigned labs will incorporate lean lab principles and have flexible, modular systems. The open plan could make a lab and an office with dynamics and connectivity, which is good for Lotus flexible operations. Between lab and office, where separations are required, glass walls are used to allow visualization of the activities inside, i.e., open space with minimal solid walls and barriers.

The project is situated in the Cathay Landmark, an office building in Taipei City's Xinyi District. The 24F is being converted into a living service area to offer better services and convenience. We would like to create a "NEST"-like atmosphere in this space where people can take a break from work for a while and relax or engage in meaningful conversation. We produce a fluid, flexible, and effective design as opposed to inflexible office layouts. The space is made of various recycled materials, including MFC board, cork, plastic gluing material, stainless steel, and the furniture is modularized to satisfy diverse functional requirements. This design was inspired by birds gathering local resources for nests.

ICC Tainan is near Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City and HSR Tainan Station and is planned to be a key public activity centre and play a role as an urban gateway which will have a significant function of expressing the Tainan city. Inspired by the unique offshore bar only can see in Tainan called Khun Sin. It means the whale back and we can see how beautiful structure is from the whale bones. The long span truss over exhibition center concept is taking from it. By clearly defining compression and tension members, the cable truss design, so much reminiscent of whale skeleton, provides the required span while using minimum weight of steel, which is very environmental conscious.

National Taipei University of Technology is Taiwan's oldest higher education institution. It has gone through four important stages over the past 100 years. Each stage has its own school badge, which shows the responsibility and status of the school in that era. We would like to incorporate these school badges into this bell tower to express the history of National Taipei University of Technology. Thus, the bell tower plans are extracted from school badges. Starting from the square school badge during the Japanese occupation period, and then transformed into a twelve-toothed gear school badge. The gear starts to rotate to the upper plan, which represents the expression of modernity and technology.

We offer a revised vision for the machine factory and present it as Machine Factory 2.0 in response to the proposal to move the Kaohsiung Machine Factory to Chaozhou.
The site is located in sunny southern Taiwan and near an agricultural landscape. Our 3 major strategies are :
1. Reduced the impact of plant development on the surrounding natural landscape.
2. Appropriate zoning based on the original terrain.
