Extract advantages of exised cooling methods. Renovate the form of water mist to construct cool outdoor space as well as being an iconic visual focus of the site.

As the teminal of a busy commercial street--Yanan Road, which is the central axis of Hangzhou, Wushan Square plays the part of a connection between the city and the mountains.

These pillars absorb solar energy as power source. In day time, they function as sprayers, releasing water mist to cool down the square.
