KIDS Bei Kinder- und Jugendhelmen geht CRATONI keine Kompromisse ein. Vor allem Kinder tragen dann einen Helm gerne, wenn sie ihn erst gar nicht spüren. Daher legen wir auch bei Kinderhelmen Wert auf geringes Gewicht, sehr gute Belüftung und perfekte Passform in Kombination mit einfach zu bedienenden Größenverstell- und Verschlusssystemen. Zudem sind für uns, dank Maxster, auch kleine Größen ab einem Kopfumfang von 46 cm selbstverständlich.

That is why, for children‘s helmets too, we attach importance to low weight, very good ventilation and perfect fit, combined with simple to use size-adjustment and fastening systems. It also goes without saying for us that we have small sizes, from a head circumference of 49 cm.

TECHNOLOGY HELMETS LFS-LIGHT FIT SYSTEM Aus den Erfahrungen der Vergangenheit und den Ergebnissen unserer Forschung, bei denen wir eng mit unseren Teamfahrern zusammengearbeitet haben, haben wir ein komplett neues Anforderungsprofil an ein Verstellsystem definiert. Wenn jede Sekunde zählt ist ein guter Sitz unabdingbar. Ziel war es, ein System zu entwickeln, dass den Helm schnell, sicher und dennoch bequem am Kopf hält. Der Einstellmechanismus ist besonders klein und leicht, die Größenanpassung geht spielend einfach mit zwei Fingern. Zusätzlich lässt sich das LFS dreifach in der Höhe verstellen, so dass ein optimaler Sitz gewährleistet wird. Eine perfekte Gurtbandführung sorgt für uneingeschränkten Tragekomfort bei Mann und Frau. Mehr Leistung, bei ganzen 15% Gewichtsersparnis für ein 100% effizienteres System!
ABS TECHNOLOGY Based on the experiences of the past and the results of our research, in which we have worked closely together with our team-riders, we have defined a completely new requirement profile for an adjustment system. When every second counts, good fit is essential. The aim was to develop a system that holds the helmet quickly, safely and yet more comfortably against the head. The adjustment mechanism is particularly small and light; it is effortlessly simple to adjust the size using just two fingers. In addition, the height of the LFS can be vertically adjusted to three positions, guaranteeing an optimal fit. Perfect arrangement of the straps ensures unrestricted wearing comfort for men and women. Higher performance with a 15% reduction in weight for a 100% more efficient system!
In this production method, the outer shell and core are produced separately from each other and are getting joined in an additional work step.

CRATONI will replace every helmet at a price 50% less the suggested retail price when the helmets has verifiable become useless due to a bike accident.
