KAGITHANE HOUSE

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT-SUMMER 2018

KAGITHANE HOUSE This building is a duplex apartment renevation project designed for a young family with two children. In accordance with the needs of the customer, spaces were created again. Challenges: Organising and synchronising all the people that worked on realising this project was the toughest. As the details are quite complex, I had to go over them again and again, explaining and drawing from every angle. Make a bed that looks like it floats in the air, mini kitchen cabinet mechanisms and its relation with existing wall, insulation of terrace and wet places, details of sliding doors, preparation of suitable ground for wooden parquet, steps of wooden stairs and lighting details, material compatibility ...etc it was like pieces of a hard puzzle.

CINE HUB KADIKOY SCHOOL PROJECT-SPRING 2016

CINE HUB KADIKOY Project Description: Haldun Taner Stage is at the sea side in Kadıköy Pier Square. The main entrance gate overlooks the Haydarpaşa bay. It was built in 1927 by the Italian architect Ferrari. Three Neoclassical (First National Architectural Period) symbols represent the square. At the intersection of many public transportation vehicles, the city is the center of the Anatolian side of the city. Every day thousands of people travel around the building and go home to school, etc. But the interaction between the inside and the outside space is almost non-existent level. People could not communicate with the structure. Cinehub is a resource center for people in the film industry to develop their projects and network Aim of the project: The interaction between the inside and outside of the structure was increased and the structure circulation was opened. Spaces in the project were designed in open style. People who walk around the place can easily contact the eye with many different points of the building. At this point, people may have more information about cinema and cinema studies. Main cinema and Second cinema: 275 m2, 110m2 Both of them is in first floor. These are connected with foyer. Library: 600m2 The library has its own facade in the building. The flying box in the cinema section, which forms the main spaces of the design, is reflected in the exterior of the library. Forum: 145m2 People are passing on their experiences and ideas to the audience on the forum. Street artists can also exhibit their performances. Workshop and Pocket Sinema 260m2 Pocket cinemas and workshop areas work together. The pocket cinema section has a quieter environment, while the workshop section is loud and open. Furnitures are designed accordingly. People who walk around the building can be affected by work in the open workshop area.

MASLAK HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOL PROJECT-FALL 2015

MASLAK HIGH SCHOOL

Maslak ITU. Campus, Istanbul, Turkey 9600 m2 closed area 7000m2 open area

In design, I designed a social band to create a space where school corridors can be used both individually and as a group and for entertainers so that the communal areas can be used more effectively. The course within the class from the social band can also be carried to the school corridors. The ground floor classes are connected to the library through a forum. The forum for combining different venues is also a learning environment for students.

EXPERIMENTAL ART WORKSHOP SCHOOL PROJECT-SPRING 2016

EXPERIMENTAL ART WORKSHOP Work Description The modern man who lives in the direction of joy and speed, moves away from the point of view and is thrown from there to the pursuit of daily short pleasures. People who are accustomed to consuming everything very quickly are getting away from being valuable. Wael Shawky say that I am totally interested in society in transition. I adapted miniature which show firt Murat of Ottoman empire resting among hills, to modern life.
