Let me start by first saying that without action, your life, values, vision, plan, strategy, beliefs, etc. are only the parts of an idea, and nothing else. If you do not put all of these parts together into action, nothing will happen. But how can action be such a critical factor to succeed?

All other factors are not important if you are a person who is afraid to take real action. Actions are something that runs your life as well as leading business people and entrepreneurs to be successful. Without actions, you can’t expect to succeed and thrive.

So yes, action is not the only thing but surely the first and most critical factor of success.

Of course, all factors are important, as they are fragments of an all, but none of these factors will make you really successful if you don’t take the appropriate actions. For example, knowledge and creativity can’t help you to become

successful if you don’t take the first step to start your life the way you desire or begin the business you always dreamed of.

Action is the Critical Factor I know countless people who have knowledge and creativity, have the skills and are intelligent, persistent, patient and wish for, but these individuals have not enough courage to go out there and take risks in life to be entrepreneurs, business people or leaders.

They are working for someone else or some administration services, or not doing what they are really desiring in life.

They don’t live their lives to the fullest or are not leaders or entrepreneurs because they don’t have the “guts” to take the first step called “action” to become what they should truly be.

It is always easier to work for someone else than for yourself. But then, I hope you realize you are building someone else’s dreams and not yours. To live your dreams and not only dream your life, you need to act and create. The action phrase that matches this most critical factor perfectly for anyone who wants to be an entrepreneur is: “Being an entrepreneur is like jumping off a cliff and building a plane on the way down” Therefore, you can understand that the first characteristic and key factor for success is the ability to take actions.

Life is the Profile Factor Life is more black and white than we like to think. But so many people are trapped in the gray area. The bottom line is that if you want to succeed, truthfully succeed, you will do whatever it takes to do so. There will be doubts, fears and hesitation, but you won’t use excuses. Success is life in action. It is the profile factor. Everything else is just side forces and effects.

You should be ready to take action by creating upon your knowledge and creativity while combining your skills and intelligence. You should also have patience and persistence. You should be consistent and acquire an ability to work in teams. You should take risks, but not any type of risk. You should have self-confidence and experience, and have connections that can help you in creating a better life for yourself.

Anyway, even if action is the most critical factor to succeed in life, all factors are important because they will increase your knowledge and potential in life and work, and thus your overall combination of life/business capacity.
