What is the one thing that you have been putting off? Why don’t you want to go after what you want in life?
Is it your dream you don’t want to go after? Why? There is nothing this life can do to stop you. I do not say that being a successful entrepreneur is going to be easy, it is going to be hard as hell, and it will take you on a very long journey, but this is your life and you are the creator of this ONE life. You can bitch and complain if you want, but you have to be the one to change the circumstances you are in. An entrepreneur is someone who is in control of their life, whether they are doing great or terrible.

To be a successful entrepreneur is not easy, you must be learning…ALWAYS. You need to learn everything about your industry, yourself and your company WHILE never falling astray of your ultimate vision. No one is going to tell you when to wake up, go to bed, read this book or work on your business, and that is why it is the toughest job out there. You call the shots, and you make your own moves…whether they are good or bad. Just never give up and keep your vision, no matter how hard it is right now. And you might say “What about the rewards?” They will come through persistence and dedication over the obstacles and failures. Many people will never see, or believe in what you are doing, but that is great.
Believing in Yourself Why? Because you do not need such support from these negative, short sighted people in your quest to fulfill your ultimate vision. The only thing you need is you, you need to believe in yourself, but more than that you must have the work ethic and the hunger to accomplish great things and live a legendary life. Do not mess it up by following what the masses think. In being a successful entrepreneur, stick to this formula: develop a vision for yourself, make milestone goals to reach it, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and never give up. You need to focus on yourself, your mission and your life. Too many people become sidetracked by following too many people on social media, and feel the need to know everything about their life. But the truth is that you should follow only a few key people, those which have the same dreams as you, the true legends of your industry and forget the rest. You require too much attention to spread yourself out.
Learning How to Be Successful Whatever your industry, you need to learn and study that industry so that you can know almost everything about it. You then need to plan out how to reach the top, and then to have the guts to stick it out when times are tough and that will require your total focus. Success doesn’t happen overnight, it rarely occurs without hard work and determination. Success comes when you put in the hours even when you don’t feel like it. When you come home from your 9 to 5, what are you doing? On the weekends when most watch football or party, are you doing the same thing? Understand that you have only this life and every second you let go by is a second you can’t get back. When you do whatever it takes, through the dark and bright times, you will have your chance, and it often comes out in an unexpected form.
Worthy of All Your Efforts What good comes out of this? By wanting to be a successful entrepreneur, some aspects of your life will change. Lose most of your friends as they quit talking to you just because they think you won’t make it or that you are crazy. Get rid of your TV and start reading instead. Risk it all for a dream that nobody understands but you. Be so scared about failing at something you care about that you literally don’t sleep in the early stages of making the idea into a reality. Go after a goal you feel so unqualified for that forces you to become a way bigger person than you ever imagine yourself to be.
