each and every day? With any luck, these rituals may rub off on you and become new habits. Before including some of the inspiration written below in your morning routine, you should realize at first that your brain waves and your subconscious mind play a main and crucial part in your attempt to become a disciplined, successful, happy and spiritual person.

Understanding Your Reality To begin with, you are the controller of your reality, do not forget it. Your reality is essentially made up of your thoughts, mindset and beliefs, and is not created by any outside influences. You can create your reality with desire and with accuracy; it is all up to you. You have 5 frequencies that affect your brain or state of mind: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma . These rates represent a specific level of brain activity and a unique state of consciousness and belong to any fine morning routines. Here is a very quick recap: 1. Beta – Waves associated with usual awareness and a sharper state of alertness, judgmental and critical reasoning. It is that little nagging voice, your inner critic. 2. Alpha - Waves present in relaxation when you are in a daydream or during focused attention. It is a perfect time to increase your creativity, visualization, memory, learning and attention and adjust the mind for success. It is your intuition and the gateway to your subconscious mind. 3. Theta - Waves existing during meditation. It is where the creative power of your mind begins and the mental state which create your reality. It is your profound spiritual connection with the universe. You are aware of your environment but your physical body is completely relaxed. 4. Delta - The slowest frequency, experienced while in transcendental meditation. It is the world of your unconscious mind, and the doorway to the collective unconscious. It is where most of your data is received and is inaccessible at a conscious level. 5. Gamma - The fastest wave and very little is known about it. Initial discovery shows that bursts of insight and complex data processing are associated with it.

It stimulates your network in a good way and builds up relations. It's a good practice and a productive use of your time.

Making Coffee or Tea It is a great way for people to begin the day, as they already feel a boost just by thinking of it.
