In life, we are conditioned to believe everything we learned from the people who love us and want what’s best for us. But this perception of the world is often not the greatest way to go.

In order for us to have new experiences in life, we have to first unlearn the things we thought were true and acted upon all our life, consciously but generally unconsciously.

Did you know that your thought process and beliefs on a subconscious level affects your wealth, your health and your successes or failures in any undertaking? “What we believe determines what we make true.” Your perception of reality, how you think about yourself and the world around you, what you look for and what you take to be true are determined by your belief system. Alter a belief and you can change reality. Or at least the reality that you experience, all I am saying is that through your beliefs, you form your reality.

The Perception Factor Your subconscious is an essential factor that contributes to your success. The majority of people live their lives partially, not fully, and not having the notion of their own power. Because of this, they take negatives phrases or thoughts, and repeat them countless of times until their subconscious creates this unwanted reality. The subconscious works like a filter, everything that is true to you, is part of your subconscious map of reality, and it will, at some point, show itself in a physical reality. It works like a mirror projecting your thoughts, feelings and actions physically, and when they are in unison they fire all together in the same direction. That is what quantum physics teaches and through the law of attraction shows up in your life. There is no escaping it. It is only you who can deny it or embrace it. When you set aside your ego and pride, and act like a student of life without any judgement, that is when you can learn new truths that will literally set you free mentally.

The Unwanted Factor Struggles are in your life for a reason. These bumps are showing up to indicate to your inner and higher-self that this is the time to let go of the perception of the world you know it and be open to find out what you really are. Again, it is your choice to deny it or embrace it. Try to listen to that inner feeling and follow it by trusting it. The only real struggle we have is within ourselves and our conditioning to life. Most people identify with that conditioning. Why should you? You are not your mind. You are not your negative thoughts. You are not your emotions. Once you are aware of that, you can observe it and respond instead of react. Break free from those old belief patterns.

The subconscious mind is always alert and awake, i.e. if you fall asleep on front the TV, your subconscious hears every single thing that is being said. 3. 6 ways to Change the Subconscious: Clay is flexible, malleable; with the latter we can achieve magnificent masterpieces. Such is your subconscious, you are the artist of your own pieces of art, and no one else will do it for you. 1. Feed your subconscious regularly with positive affirmations repeated out loud. In time, it will replace your thoughts and beliefs, this way deleting the command that your subconscious gives to your conscious to progressively erase these undesired memory patterns. 2. Water your subconscious with positive words, phrases, thoughts, mental images, or life scenes so as to mark your subconscious mind. 3. Meditate every day and imprint new images. 4. Listen to Alpha waves and imprint new thoughts. 5. Watch subliminal messages that you have created yourself with a movie maker. 6. Only speak in positive terms, forget the fuzzy terms like “If… Maybe… Would… Could…” etc. Remember, by changing the perception of the world around you and altering your subconscious, you will also program yourself for better success.
