I know from experience that we are capable of far more than our doubts will lead us to believe. How do you actually feel? The single biggest myth is that doubt will kill more dreams than failure ever will. You should know that even fake confidence is better than none at all. “Fake it until you make it” is a key factor here. But how much do you want to fake it?

Tricking Your Subconscious A study demonstrated that if you consistently repeat your long term objectives or goals really, it helps you in accomplishing and achieving them. And if day-to-day, you can imagine and visualize yourself at that exact instant of accomplishing your goal, you tend to do your best to realize it. If the confidence you have as you fake it until you make it is unsure, you will lose. You need to realize that the more authentic it feels to you the more your subconscious mind – the key to it all – will do everything in his power to create the opportunities to reach your desired outcome. I am a firm believer in faking it to make it, since I know with certainty that our subconscious doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination. I also know for a fact that all of us do it to a specific degree, and there is nothing bad about it. The unconscious can be deceived, and you can adjust your life on that little hack. Just make sure that you ultimately turn the confidence you are displaying into real actual feelings.

Reaching Your Desired Outcome In any desired outcome, the vital element to faking it is to fake it right from the start. And just as I do, to believe early on that it will come to fruition. Those early impressions set the overall tone by imprinting your mind, so the way to go about it is mindset. There are two kinds of people in life: The first kind goes around with a “fixed mindset” believing that most things like character and intelligence are impossible to be changed, for them avoiding failure is a way of proving that they are skilled and smart. The second kind are people with a “growth mindset” who believe and see failure as a learning curve, a path for growth and therefore welcome challenges, persist against obstacles, learn from constructive criticism, and
