All of us have the desire to succeed and prosper but then why only very few people take the time to study success? Likewise, most of us hate failure, but then again, why only a few individuals spend the resources needed to learn from their blunders?

However, some individuals prosper where others fail. The answer to this is that successful people succeed because they have such a determination, like water pouring over and over and that gives them the power to NEVER GIVE UP. They get back on the saddle every time they fail or make a mistake, like a child trying and learning to walk, they fall but get right back up, fall again and get back up again‌ One more try, and one more, until they achieve what they want.

But how they entertain such determination?

Most of us are often delighting in our wins to really remember what we did right, or failure becomes of such intense pain that most of us want to forget what happened and move on. But to improve our chances of success, we cannot afford to ignore these matters, despite of what we feel.

Why Most People Fail.

Why most people fail? Because they give up TOO EARLY, they try once, twice, or even a third time perhaps but then give up on their goal. This is where countless people opt out of the fight and give in. They abandon ship not realizing that maybe the next time around success would be waiting for them.

In spite of what we may think, the reality is that it is not difficult to separate successful from average people. And this contrast looks so apparent when you compare the path to success.

The path of average people goes somewhat like this: I know what I would like.

I focus on my goals.

I work hard to achieve them.

I face obstacles and difficulties.

I fail and take a nose dive…

I give up, it doesn’t work.

People who give up finally accept to settle for an average life and never accomplish what they dreamed of. This is where the main difference comes into play.

Why Successful People Succeed.

Successful people succeed against all odds and where others fail because they keep going no matter what happens and whatever their situation may be.

Successful individuals carry on by making one, two, three, but then hundred, even thousands of attempts to realize their vision and dreams. Such things will be labeled by others as success.

The path of successful people goes more like this: I know what I want.

I focus on my goals.

I commit to my success.

I work hard to achieve them.

I face obstacles and difficulties.

I fail and take a nose dive…

I overcome failure; I learn a lesson and keep pressing on.

I fail again, another nose dive…

I learn another lesson and keep moving forward.

Failure after failure, the process lingers.

One day I win.

No matter what other people said, believed or if they were laughed at, successful people had and have that little “PLUS” that others which failed didn’t and it makes all the difference in the world.

That is Not the Only Thing.

Against all odds, successful people trust their “gut feelings”, take action, take risks, have a winning mentality, a strong work ethic, a consistency, a motivation, a powerful vision, the pursuit of a dream, a drive to find solutions, an unstoppable mindset, a definite purpose, a passion, that very few have and that is why others fail.

If people like that didn’t exist, progress would not have been made. Take the example of Sir Thomas Edison who tried one more time after already trying 10,000 times. If he didn’t, we might today still be spending our evenings and nights with the only help of a candle or a burning lamp.

The time, the patience, the sacrifices, the focus and the long hours they put in make them what they are: Successful people. So they deserve that status more than any other who failed because they GIVE UP.

Successful People Are Unstoppable.

There is nothing this life can do to stop them. I do not say that being a successful person is an “easy does it”, they know it is going to be hard as hell, and that it will take them on a very long journey, but they also know that this is their life and they are the creator of this ONE life, and that they are in control of it.

They know they have to be the one to change the circumstances they are in. A successful person is someone who is in control of their life. They realize they need to learn all the time, improve themselves and their business daily while never falling astray of their ultimate vision.

And very few people are able or even wanting to go through all of this and endure.

But they just never give up on their vision, no matter how hard it is. And they know the rewards will come through persistence and dedication over the obstacles and failures.

Many people will never see, or believe in what they are doing, they will only see the tip of the iceberg (the success) and not what successful people really endured to be where they are at, but again it doesn’t matter because against all odds, success speaks for itself.
