帯収納の家 The House of Linear Storage
計画地 本計画は、1981年竣工の中古マン ション（ＲＣ造）の改修計画であ る。敷地は、江東区東陽。 1980年代に、東京都心隣接エリ アでのマンション供給が盛んとな り、住戸に加えて公園や緑地の設 置等が行われた。計画建物のマン ションは、複数の中庭を囲うよう に配置され、各住戸から緑を望む 事が出来るプランとなっている。
SITE This project is a renovation project of an old condominium (RC structure) completed in 1981. The site is located in Toyo, Kotoku, Tokyo. In the 1980s, the supply of condominiums in the area adjoining the center of Tokyo increased, and parks and green areas were built in addition to the residential units. The condominiums are arranged around several courtyards so that each unit can enjoy a view of the greenery.

間の伸びやかさが失われている事 がしばしばある。 そこで、帯収納に呼応するよう にして梁下にＬ型の庇を設けた。 リビングから、ダイニング、キッ チン、寝室へと連続する庇は、空 間を伸びやかに連続させ広がりを 与える。加えて、庇にライン照明 を設置することで、光の連続性も 生み出した。見付幅の小さい庇が、 水平ラインを強調すると共に、梁 の存在感を薄め、空間の一体感を 生み出す事を意図した。

現場での出来事 仕上材（突板）の統一 L庇は建築工事、帯収納は家具工事であり、それぞれ付き合いのある突板屋が異なっていたため、仕上材が異なって納品される おそれがあった。出来る限り突板の反復感をなくしつつ“木目“と“色“を合わせるため、統一した材木屋の突板を利用してもらう ようお願いをした上で、実際に材木屋へ足を運び、数ある突板の中から慎重に選定を行い、目的の突板を確保することが出来た。

現場での出来事 設備配管ルート
躯体に穿たれた空調用スリーブから素直に室外機と室内機を繋げると、縦型ブラインドがうまく納まらない。そのため、壁面を 一部ふかして、配管ルートを遠回りする事にした。これにより、すっきりとした縦型ブラインド、壁面意匠を実現した。

現場での出来事 大工さんの収納 L庇が出来始めた頃の現場。それまで床に置いていたビス等の工事道具を、職人さんがL庇に置き始めた。 建築が振る舞いを誘発した瞬間だった。

現場での出来事 防音しよー 隣家との間の壁を防音仕様とするために、増貼りするボードやRWの打ち合わせを行った。直後、現場監督さんの大工さんへの 指示書が印象的だった。
