帯収納の家 The House of Linear Storage -Redesign the activity of periphery space -
内周空間の振る舞いを再考する ― ―
園庭に線を描くと内周が生まれ、振る舞いが生まれる。
I wondered if it would be possible to create the behavior of the inner perimeter space by placing fixtures inside the building as if drawing lines.
線を描くように建物内部に什器を配置し、内周空間の振る舞いを生み出すことが出来ないか考えた。
When you draw a line in a school yard, an inner perimeter is created and behavior is born.
計画地 本計画は、1981年竣工の中古マン ション（ＲＣ造）のリノベーショ ン計画である。 東京近郊の敷地周辺は、1980年 代に、東京都心隣接エリアでのマ ンション供給が盛んとなり、住戸 に加えて公園や緑地の設置等が行 われた。計画建物のマンションは、 複数の中庭を囲うように配置され、 各住戸から緑を望む事が出来るプ ランとなっている。
SITE This project is a renovation project of an old condominium (RC structure) completed in 1981. The site is located in Toyo. In the 1980s, the supply of condominiums in the area adjoining the center of Tokyo increased, and parks and green areas were built in addition to the residential units. The condominiums are arranged around several courtyards so that each unit can enjoy a view of the greenery.

梁から零れる光 L庇に30mmのスリットを設けた。そこに ライン照明を設置することで、光の連続 性を生み出し空間の一体感をより一層生 み出す仕掛けとした。梁から漏れる光が 梁の存在感を薄め、見付幅の小さい庇が、 水平ラインを強調する。
Spilling light from the beams A 30mm slit was created in the L-shaped eaves. Line lighting is installed there to create a continuity of light and to further create a sense of unity in the space. The light spilling from the beams diminishes the presence of the beams, and the small eaves emphasize the horizontal line.
