● Sit in a cross-legged position and rest your backs and hands on each other.

● Now practice alternate breathing with your partner.

● Practice 10–15 breaths.

It will improve your breathing and mindfulness and also build a connection with your partner.

● Sit in a cross-legged position, facing your partner.

● Look into each other’s eyes and hold each other’s arms.

● Keep breathing while maintaining eye contact.

● Repeat it as per your comfort.

This pose will help you detach from everything and just focus on each other.

● Sit in a cross-legged position while facing each other and holding each other's arms.

● Interlace your fingers with your partner’s fingers and make a firm grip.

● Inhale, lift your chest forward, and turn your gaze upward while extending your spine inward.

● While exhaling, bring your chin to your chest and round your back.

● Repeat this movement for 10–12 breaths.

The cat-cow pose is great for your back, core, and hip muscles. It also stretches your chest and lung muscles.

● Sit back-to-back with your partner, keeping your legs extended.

● Decide who will bend forward and who will lean backward.

● The person who will lean forward will stretch their legs out and rest their head on their knees.

● The other person will lean backward on the back of their partner.

● Breathe and try to feel each other’s breath.

● Hold it for 4-5 breaths, and then switch positions.

It stretches your back, spine, and hamstring muscles. However, practice it gently to avoid putting any pressure on your partner’s back.

● Sit cross-legged and back-to-back with your partners.

● Put your right hand on your partner's left thigh and your left hand on your right thigh.

● Discuss it with your partner so that you guys can adjust themselves.

● Inhale and stretch your spine, and as you exhale, twist in the opposite direction from your partner.

● Hold it for 2-3 breaths, unwind, and then twist to the other side.
