Today,he has prepared us some of his signature Indonesian dishes,starting with Ikan Bumbu Seribu.Ikan in indonesian is fish,Bumbu seribu is Thousand spices.So,Ikan Bumbu Seribu it means Fish with Thousand Spices.featuring aromatic spiced marinated fish with Balinese blend spices and Sambal Matah/Balinese Salsa of lemongrass,shallot and chili.Cause both are traditional balinese spices,so it makes an excellent flavor.Ayam Taliwang follows,a piquant and unique flavor from lombok island.
