he premiere of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Delhi-6 was a glittering, star-studded affair. After a short media conference and party, the film’s cast and crew left for the premiere venue. Outside the cinema hall, fans jostled with each other trying to catch a glimpse — or an autograph — of the stars.

he media session and party took place at Howzzat at Galaxy Hotel-Shopping-Spa, Gurgaon, followed by the premiere at PVR Priya, Vasant Vihar.

akeysh Omprakash Mehra arrived with the entire cast of the film. Bachchan Jr was the first to reach, having flown in straight from New York. His family was there to support his latest film — Amitabh flew in from Mumbai and Aishwarya from a shoot in Kolkata, while Jaya and Shweta were already in the city. Sonam came with parents Anil and Sunita Kapoor. Others present Let me explain: VJ Cyrus Sahukar with included Kunal Kapoor, Waheeda Rehman’s daughter Kashvi Jaya Prada and funnyman Cyrus Sahukar.
