4 Simple Steps to a Successful Facebook Party Step 1 : Inviting your guests Create your guest list. It is crucial to follow these steps when inviting guests to a Facebook party. It’s important to be very personal with your invitation process and limit the number of guests to 50 max. Otherwise, guests will feel “spammed” and NOT participate. The attached paper will help you select 40-50 friends/family to invite to attend the event.
Inviting Your guests Because people communicate many different ways, we will be using multiple styles to reach out to your guests. • TEXT: I will text you a personal “Facebook Party” invitation with a shopping link to forward to your 10-15 VIP guests. You can also send this same invitation via messenger to those whose phone number you don’t have • EMAIL: Add your friends emails to your Hostess Portal once your receive it so they get their email invitations • FACEBOOK: I will create the Facebook Event and add you as Co-Host. It’s important for your guests to feel they are being personally invited to this event. I will send you a message to separately PM to each guest.
Step 2 : Set your Goals & Create Your Wish List Hostess Rewards are earned beginning at the $200 level. Step 3 : Collect Outside Orders Set a goal for 5 outside orders by circulating catalogs different places like church, work, clubs, kids’ events, etc. Remember to let everyone know what the customer special is for the month and encourage them to use it!
Step 4 : Remind Your Guests about the party Remind your guests via text and messenger the day before the party. We’ll also post a reminder on your Facebook page (I’ll provide you with a message and images to use)
