Each emergency stairs and lift have 40 m radius, complying existing standard for emergency

The diagram shows location of sprinkles, which is located in the coridor and in each rooms.

Water System

water supply of the building is obtained fromthelocal pam and then channeld to the ground water tank. Then the water from the ground water tank is pumped into the water treatment plant (WTP) to be processed into clean water.

PERMAI

Fourth year Architecture Design

Tutor: Dr.Ing. Ir. Boedi Darma, MSA.

In the middle of the growth of city population, the need of an efficiency land use is rising. With the focus on maximizing living area, social space and public realms are decreasing. Understanding this problem, Permai, a residential complex-- landed-house and apartment-- located in Sedang Serang, present as a gated-community residential.

Problems

More than 60% of urban areas are used as residential, both vertical and horizontal. This number will arise within the growth of city density. Urbanization can’t be stopped and the urbanization problem will occur, such as informal dwellings without adequate infrastructure and the lack of green spaces. So, the efficiency of the residential area in the city center, which is focused on economic activities, is needed.

Purpose High-Density Residential as a solution to the urban-dwelling problems.

Requirements - Balancing both private and social space - Improving positive public realm within the goal to emerge communities - Open space as an interaction driver - The well-developed area within adequate infrastructures - Giving visual access as part of the signage

Final Project Studio

Selasar

Tutor: Dr. Eng. Bambang Setiabudi, ST.

Art as ‘a human ’process’ and culture as reason and mind are two things go hand in hand (Anshari, 1996). Theoritically, even from the stone age, art as a manifestation of culture holds more than five social functions related to feelings and self also social expression. Therefore, fostering art, in the development of culture, becomes important. Bandung as The City of Art and Culture (acording to BEKRAF, 2016) has so many artist, both from among profesionals and the general public. Selasar is planned to create a group space as an art ecosystem, especially for performing arts, where profesionals and public meet.

PROJECT DATA Typologi : Art Center (Cultural) Loation : ST. Buah Batu, Bandung Area : 5,500 sqm GSB (Front) :8m GSB (Side) :4m KLB (2.1) : 1,100 sqm Code Zone : K2 Capacity : 900 Seat Border Area: - North : Cijagra II St. - West : Buah Batu St. - South : Nasional III St. - East : Residential

CONCEPT Selasar contains 3 design concepts: flexibility, connectivity, collaboration. Bandung Contemporary Art Center, has three main issues obtained from typology, site analysis, and others. The first issue, flexibility is lifted from the needs of contemporary art space. Connectivity is taken from the analysis of Bandung as urban space. And collaboration from the social context of the city.

Landscape Concept

The site is devided into 2 zones: public and privat. Public zone, near street, is used for permeability circulation and publc realm. Privat zone is used for artists and production team: outdoor exercise room and loading dock.

Massing Concept

As an expression of the building, the shape of the building is a response to the site. Playing with basic geometry, the mass considers structure design.

VOLUMETRIC STUDY

STRUCTURE DESIGN

The structure is designed by existing standards. Using 2 kinds of grid, the structure applies dilatation.
