WORK EXPERIENCE Skarma Senior Design Executive My position involved working with internal teams as well as clients - leading the design direction, pitching designs to win new business, understanding client needs, and overall responsibility for the creative output of the agency. I was tasked by the Partners to bridge the gap between the business and creative sides of the agency, and worked closely with them to develop goals and strategies that furthered Skarma’s brand and positioning within the creative marketplace I managed multiple strategic projects simultaneously from concept through completion, while monitoring creative budgets and making sure all projects were delivered within the projected parameters. My role required me not only to supervise and train the members of the creative team, but also to liaise with the tech team, project management team, strategy team, and copywriters to deliver cohesive & integrated solutions for clients. During my 2 years at Skarma the company won some key pitches such as Indian Super League - FC Goa, Viacom18 Networks - Supersonic, Event FAQs - WOW Awards and Zee Networks - Romedy Now fueling the growth of the company and putting it on the map as one of the sought-after creative firms in Mumbai city.
