Efficiently heated. The thermal management system’s heat pump is a world first in a plug-in hybrid. It takes waste heat from the electric drivetrain and battery and uses it to help heat the interior. In addition to quick and efficient operation, especially at low outside temperatures, the battery has to provide noticeably less energy to operate the heating. The e-tron charging system comes with cables that allow you to connect your car to the mains in no time at all. When you connect to an industrial socket, it takes less

than 2.5 hours to fully charge the battery. But even if you use a domestic socket, the charging process takes only 8 hours.
