a result of the analysis studies, it is observed that the layered texture of the Istanbul coastal towns (sea-filled ground- highwayhistorical structures- transportation axis ...) continues around the project area until Büyükdere Street. The layered texture considered as a design concept and solved with a stepped landscape scheme with the help of the natural land slope. The existing subway entrance is covered with a console and the axle of the subway is strengthened and directed to the park. The main entrance to the building is purposed with subway entry at +8.00. A large ramp axis, which starts at the same level, connected Büyükdere Street with lower streets. The conference hall and the small hall, which are purposed at 0.00 level, are connected to each other with the backstage. Two seminar rooms on the same level are also resolved, and connected with foyer. The large hall is solved to be 4m height on the entrance floor and 8m height on the stage floor. The back-of-the-hall units are arranged in two layers with 4m floor heights. The restaurant and exhibition hall are solved at +4.00 level. The restaurant area is purposed to be able to work as foyer of the exhibition hall. Multi-purpose and temporary exhibition spaces are created at +8.00 level. In the entrance area, a gallery, which provides visual communication with upper floors, is purposed. Vertical circulation is strengthened with another continious gallery space to conference hall level. The roof of the lower floors are purposed as terraces, entrance from the park is provided from different parts of the mass. At level +13, a large workshop area with a view to Büyükdere Street is proposed. Office and management units are also placed at this level.t

a result of the analysis studies made, Kurbağalıdere, Söğütlüçeşme metrobus stop and surroundings, Şükrü Saraçoğlu Stadium and its surroundings, Kuşdili Çayırı and Yoğurtçu Park and its surroundings were reconsidered and organized within the scope of master plan study. In this arrangement, rehabilitation work for Kurbağalıdere was foreseen and it was proposed to extend the creek bed in connection with its use in some parts of the region. Taking into consideration the recent intensive use of the Yoğurtçu park, it was proposed to open the Fenerbahce facilities as a green area to the public and these two collars were connected to each other with the bridges passing over the creek. By arranging the stadium and its surroundings, a supporter can be used both at the match time and everyday life, suggesting a solution to chaos in the field. Bağdat Street, which prevents pedestrian crossing and unidentified green areas, was elevated to provide pedestrian crossing from underneath and integrated into the green area on the other side of the road in the municipal building and surrounding area. The transfer center, which will become the center of the city square and the human axis, was proposed as a wedding venue and was provided communication with the municipal square and bridges designed over Kurbağalıdere. While the municipality was being maintained in its location, it was proposed again in a simpler form. The marriage hall was removed and re-proposed on the beachside - in the western part.

of the main purposes of this studio is to discuss architectural and urban problems within the context of culture-space relations, to raise awareness of the basic motivations of public space formations and to describe the ‘city’ and the’urban space’ concepts. The main question in here is analyzing the space as a designing object and collecting the local data in a creative way. For this, in this design, it is searched how to get data about space and community and how to comment these data in a perspective of a designer. Function and suggestionsAs a dynamic object, cities are living and transforming beings. On this process, new lifestyles and causatively new life spaces appear. For citizens the life inside the city, matters more than the outside. Use of visual and communicative technologies and spatial fiction always change. To keep up with this change,a multifunctional communication platform is recommended. On the Beşiktaş axis, functions such as education, culture, communication and art has processed. Beside these, production, exhibitation, education/ learning and accommodation are also considered with concepts like “city, urban area, transformation, renovation, chaos, past and future, context, stratification, sustainability, global and local, experimental, integrated, complexity, variety, inside and outside, identity, flexibility, movement and lifestyles.

Structure of the building has designed as steel structure system. Curtain wall was used as exterior wall on the parking floor. For the opaque facades on the ground level, inner zinc-plated horizontal zinc plated material is used. For the transparent facades, structural silicone curtain wall system was used. The facades, which are designed according to the design, are connected with narrow openings from floor to floor.

+3.00

There are conference and experimental halls in the plan of +3.00 level. (Foyers are solved 3 m high from the stage level.)

In the statue part of the eagle is considered as a half open space for the entrance to the conference room. This space, where the landscaping and seating areas are located, is the main entrance to the conference room. In the conference room with the experimental stage, staircases are solved which go down to the intermediate foyer which connects the two halls. The second floor of the exhibition unit is located in this bench. Thanks to the gallery space on the floor, the statue provides visibility to the .

+4.00

Handicrafts workshops were solved on the +4.00 plan. (Ceramic, glass, sculpture, wood and painting)

The bridge connecting the two main masses has an exhibition hall to display the products produced in these workshops. The second floor of the dining unit, which is a sitting area for the open-air stage at the same time, is narrowed down so that it can give the desired pitch and the upper dining room is located on this bench.

+8.00

The upper foyer of the conference hall is located on the +8.00 grade plan. At this level, the outer walls are considered as glass.

In the main building, the theater and chorus workshops and the free instrument work area were included. There are music workshops, instructor rooms and executive rooms. The residential and recreational areas associated with gallery, where the kindergarten instructor and students can pass on time, are considered.

The

building is an Ottoman stone medieval building built in the 16th century. It was built by Mimar Sinan. When these types of structures are made in the form of a complex (külliye) in general, this building is singular. But the surrounding area is already a part of the historical peninsula where the education and religious structures are intense and the garden is important, so it can be said that the whole area is already operating as a complex.

The current review of the structure is a post-restoration review. The restoration of the building is in progress and all the survey studies done was carried out during the restoration period. According to the past and the history of the structure, the building is now being restored to the references obtained from the old one. The building is a single-storey building, although the classroom structure has a dome which makes it higher than the others, there is no mezzanine or second floor or a staircase structure in it. There is a courtyard in the middle and there are lecture halls and accommodation units around this courtyard. The entrance is on the western side and there are two domed cells on the eastern side which may be different in use. All of the rooms have quarries, lead covered domes and are made from masonry stone.

The axis of the Green Mosque, on the northern edge of the land, is used and shaped the project. The same axis also determined the form of the structure. A passage which has a market function is recommended at 0.00 level. The workshops of the masters are also on the same level.

0.00 level

At +4.00 and + 8.00, classes that students can study and different specialized workshops solved. Elevation differences created with vertical slopes.
