NGM Bio is a research-driven, clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. DGA designed NGM Bio’s headquarters and R&D 96,800 sf (8,993 m²) of facility improvements in Building A at HPC’s Britannia Oyster Point II campus. The space program included: Four floors encompassing the following areas: Lobby / reception area, boardroom with waiting area, all-hands, lunch room with pantry, gym, private and open offices, conference and teaming rooms, huddle areas, coffee/break areas, vivarium, flex labs, mass spec, cell culture suite with prep area, FACS core lab, CMC upstream and downstream, darkroom, general labs, freezer rooms, equipment rooms, bioanalytical lab, autoclave.

The project objective was to design and build the new headquarters for the International Ministry "Rios de Agua Viva". The religious complex would consist of an auditorium with a capacity of 9,000, thirty classrooms with a total capacity of 800, and a new building. In this new building, the church's radio station would reside as well as other commercial modules, a sport court, warehouses, etc. The complex would be built on a property that was ~11 acres in size with a construction area of ~5.5 acres.

This project was a joint partnership between the Municipal Development Promotion Program (FODMU) and the Housing Program and Integral Improvement of Habitat program. The project was financed by InterAmerican Development Bank (IDB). Our contribution to the project was to assist on technical aspects, which include elaboration of technical folders of interventions for the overall improvement of housing and new sites for housing units. The project benefited 548 people and their families who are located in 11 municipalities throughout the Nicaragua. All interventions were designed based on technical and professional criteria, as well as with a social vision aimed at providing more habitable, efficient housing solutions.

The main goal of the project was to design a new intermunicipal bus terminal since the existing one did not comply with the design criteria and space requirements. The completion of this project would promote an efficient and orderly public transportation system. The direct beneficiaries would be the city of Bilwi, and the nearby communities. The project was developed with the concepts of "integration", "order", and "innovation" in mind. Consequently, the design focuses on the integration of the main operational activities of the current transportation terminal (commercial, service, and functional) in a logical manner. In addition, the design must provide comfort and safety with a high degree of aesthetics and innovation while assuring that the material selection process abide by self-sustainability principles.

The "Casa Puente", or "Bridge House", is a house designed and built on the beaches of Tola, in the muncipality of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua. It is characterized by its harmonious integration with the field, taking advantage of the its breathtaking views. The property consists of three levels and is divided into three bodies. The intimate area is located on one end of the home, while the kitchen, dining room, terrace, and the social areas are located in the other end. The house design won first place in the CEMEX Works Awards 2015 in the Category Housing

The beauty of its design focuses on the architectural and interior design details, the exposure of materials such as concrete, wood and stainless steel. The house has an area of 9,065.90 square feet. Includes 4 rooms, areas of family stay, terrace, swimming pool, service areas, kitchen with island, among other complementary areas.
