The organic coffee we serve during treatments in our salons comes from ZENZ’s own farmer, Mrs. Wandee, who operates a coffee farm in Laos, Asia.

NATURAL AND CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
MAIN INGREDIENTS
ZENZ Organic Products are formulated with natural active ingredients that promote healthy, well-groomed hair. We have carefully selected some of nature’s finest ingredients, rich in vitamins and minerals, to nourish and strengthen the skin, hair, and scalp. The main ingredients in our hair care line include purified aloe vera and cold-pressed avocado oil.
We exclusively use organic, purified aloe vera, ensuring it is free from the allergenic substances typically present in the plant. Aloe vera gel is rich in 75 essential nutrients, including numerous vitamins and minerals. This nutrient boost contributes to its remarkable benefits for skin and hair care. Not only does it strengthen and rejuvenate the hair and scalp, but it also enhances blood circulation and helps retain skin moisture.
We only use high-quality organic cold-pressed avocado oil. This oil is rich in oleic acid and essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6. Additionally, it contains many minerals and vitamins, which provide exceptional moisturizing and nourishing properties. Avocado oil is particularly well-suited for dry, dehydrated, and mature skin, as well as for problem skin. It helps protect against dryness and makes both hair and skin more supple and soft.

ZENZ Organic Products has been developed in close collaboration with several recognised labels. Labels that give both hairdressers and customers a reassurance that the products live up to high requirements from a third party.

The choice between a healthy hair and a healthy environment is a choice you do not have to make. With the Danishproduced products from ZENZ, you avoid SLS, MI and parabens as well as the use of microplastics, silicone and aerosol.

SCALP PROBLEMS
Many people suffer from scalp problems due to a moist and warm scalp, styling products not being washed out before bedtime, or a dry scalp caused by air conditioning or incorrect shampoos. This may lead to dandruff, hair loss, or itching on the scalp.
We recommend Shampoo no. 07 and Conditioner no. 08 for scalp problems. Wash your hair at least every other day, preferably every day. In the evening, apply Oil Treatment no. 99 to the scalp and wash it out the next morning. Distribute Shampoo no. 07 on dry hair and then wash your hair. After that, use Conditioner no. 08 on the scalp and let it sit for at least 2 minutes. If you are scent-sensitive, we recommend Shampoo no. 01 and Conditioner no. 02.
Use Hair & Scalp Rinse no. 87 mixed with water (1:3), preferably once a week. Apply the rinse after washing and before conditioner and allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes.
SENSITIVE SCALP
If you have a very sensitive scalp and even sensitive skin, it is important to be particularly careful with scents, especially natural ones. We recommend using the Pure line, which is without perfume.
Be sure to wash your hair and scalp thoroughly to remove styling products before bedtime, as these products may irritate a sensitive scalp when you sweat and get warm at night.
DRY SCALP
A dry scalp can be caused by many factors. A good conditioner will hydrate both your hair and scalp. If that’s not enough, we recommend a chosen Oil Treatment. Apply a few drops to your fingertips and massage it into your scalp. Apply a few drops to your fingertips and massage it into your scalp. Allow the oil to work overnight and then wash it out. Always use shampoo before water when rinsing out an oil treatment.
DANDRUFF
Dandruff is an overgrowth of yeast fungus. High sebum production provides a good breeding ground for increased fungal growth, and a scalp with dandruff typically has an increased production of sebum, which naturally greases and protects our skin from drying out. It can arise from a weakened immune system, after medication intake, or due to illness or hormones. You can have both greasy and dry dandruff.
It is important to create a good balance between moisture and cleansing, and it may be a good idea to alternate between two shampoos to foster a healthy scalp environment. We therefore recommend that you do not try to dry out the scalp, but instead give it treatment with Oil Treatment no. 99 and use Shampoo no. 07.
Supplement with Hair & Scalp Rinse no. 87 to cleanse further. If it does not disappear, you should consider a short treatment with a prescription drug from the pharmacy. Try to use it only in difficult cases and for a short time, as it does not provide balance but only diminishes the fungus.
HAIR LOSS
Many people experience hair loss due to stress, perfumed styling, hair color, scalp fungus, pregnancy/birth, hormonal imbalances, or medication. If you are suffering from hair loss and your hair feels thin and sensitive, it’s essential to create the right conditions for hair growth.
ZENZ has developed a range specifically for thinning hair and unbalanced scalps: Stimulating Hair Shampoo no. 22 and Anti Hair Loss Scalp Tonic no. 23. These products contain the active ingredient PROCAPIL®, which has been clinically proven to strengthen and rejuvenate hair follicles while stimulating hair growth and reducing hair loss. *
STIMULATING HAIR SHAMPOO PURE NO. 22
Shake the bottle before use. Apply a small amount to wet hair and massage the lather thoroughly into your hair and scalp. Allow it to sit briefly before rinsing thoroughly.
ANTI HAIR LOSS SCALP TONIC PURE NO. 23
This can be applied to both dry and wet hair. Spray approximately three times on each affected area and massage it well into the scalp to distribute the active ingredients and stimulate blood circulation. Do not rinse out.
Depending on your needs, we recommend using no. 23 as follows:
• For sparse hair growth (focusing on problem areas): Twice daily (morning and evening)
• For prevention or boosting hair growth:
• Once daily/every other day
We also recommend Hair & Scalp Rinse no. 87 and a chosen Oil Treatment. Complete your hair care routine with your selected conditioner and styling products.
*Results may vary based on the underlying causes of reduced hair growth. Hair loss can be genetic, lifestyle-related, or caused by illness, medication, hormonal and mental imbalances, as well as the use of incorrect care and styling products. We recommend consulting your doctor if you experience hair loss.
PSORIASIS/ECZEMA TREATMENT
Psoriasis is a skin condition that appears on the scalp or skin as red, very dry patches resembling eczema. If it becomes too thick and hardened, it can lead to hair loss, as the scalp struggles to deliver oxygen to the hair follicles. This type of scalp requires a very mild shampoo that does not irritate. Most people with psoriasis have lesions on their scalp, which may often be the first place where psoriasis appears. Usually, you’ll notice loose scaling present. Patches of eczema or psoriasis can appear throughout the scalp, especially at the borders of surrounding skin, such as along the forehead and near the ears. As with common psoriasis and eczema, scalp psoriasis is aggravated by alcohol.
We recommend using Shampoo no. 01 and Conditioner no. 02. During psoriasis flare-ups, use Oil Treatment no. 98 to the scalp or affected skin and leave it on for up to 2 hours, preferably wrapped with a steaming towel. Afterward, rinse it out and distribute Shampoo no. 01 into the hair before adding water, then wash thoroughly. Next, apply Conditioner no. 02 to the scalp and let it work for at least 2 minutes. For an extra indepth effect, allow the oil to work overnight.

• Clean your empty bottle and its corresponding cap/pump with soap and water.
• Rinse thoroughly with alcohol and let the bottle dry.
In the salon:
• Place the clean, empty bottle under the pump, ensuring the product spout fits into the bottle to prevent any spills.Pump gently until the bottle is full.
• Complete a label with the date and attach it to your bottle.
• Proceed to the register to complete your payment.
Please note that when you choose ZENZ Refill, the product can remain effective for up to 6 months after refilling, as long as the packaging was properly cleaned beforehand. You can refill the bottle as frequently as you wish, but only with the original contents.
