ZSI 100 D4 MANUAL SWISS TECHNOLOGY

I. ZSI 100 D4 DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES PROXIMAL PART Ajustable silicone 7cm

ZSI 100 D4 ADVANTAGES Easy to implant.

Makes the voiding standing easier.

Avoid metoidioplasty narrowing post surgery.

A pair of rod made of silicone with silver cable.

Length 12 cm that can be reduced to 5 cm.

Diameter 4 mm.

II. PROCEDURE

1- Patient in lithotomy position.

Expose the corpus cavernosus of the clitoris.

2- Perform an inciscion in the corpus cavernous.

Perform a funnel.

4- Dilate the distal corpus cavernous with Hegar dilators from 2 to 5 mm.

5- Measure the length of the corpus cavernous.

3- Dilate the proximal corpus cavernous with dilators from 2 to 5mm.

6- Cut the implant ZSI 100 D4 to the correct length.

7- Place the implant ZSI 100 D4 into antibiotics.

8- Inject antibiotics in corpus cavernous and introduce the ZSI 100 D4.

9- Place the cable of the ZSI 100 D4 into the distal part of the corpus cavernous for metoidioplasty to be malleable.

10- Suture the incision.

11- Perforn the urethra.

12- Close the metoidioplasty.

13- Make the scrotum.

14- Suture the scrotum.

15- Final result after metoidioplasty construction.
