Törggelen: Südtirol I Alto Adige’s most beloved tradition. Down-home, tasty meals of salted meat with sauerkraut, homemade sausages and Knödel (dumplings) are served up at the afternoon buffet, rounded off with our sparkling sweet “Siaßn“ (must), roasted chestnuts and doughnuts.

Only a two minutes walk from the Weinegg there is one of the best Italian grappa factories. Every Thursday, the owner Erwin invites you and gives you the opportunity to taste his grappas with which he won the DESTILLATA 2017 at national level. After our gourmet dinner, he will be waiting for you at the reception to take you into the world of fruit distillates and gins for a cozy and interesting evening.
