Dindaeng social Housing; The place that provide for old Dindaeng flat people, that going through from generation to generation, to living and keep the same community, it also improve quality of living, solve the old issue that it is problem for a long time, the occupant provided a space that giving a old lifestyle but in a new form, new atmosphere.

The living space of the building; with the user that is from the old building which they living for a long time, generation to generation, so it in the same of living space, they rearrange or adjust the space for thier own with the furniture and different of lifestyle so the idea of living space is represent the varie of space also the function that provide for the user; living with a big family (4-6 people) also normal family, the design need to delivery that space suitable for the occupants.

Usage of Facility: Day or night time This group of residents is a family with low-income, who earn their money daily for their children. This group can also be separate into 2 groups: - Single Family: 3-4 people, can live in a small apartment room

Usage of Facility: Day time The residents in this group are mainly retired. The allowance and rent are handled by their children or grandchildren. The design of the apartment should be focused on this group since they stayed in the apartment most of the time and have muscle weakness or physically disabled.
- Extended Family: may be upto 10 people, need larger room or split into smaller rooms

Income: 600-2000 Bath or unstable Usage of Facility: Day or night time This type of the user is the leader of the family, they is main people who finding income in the house, so for this of the user is working hard and do not have time to stay in their room, in the family it have many type of job that they do; a construction worker, a vendor or other job that can get income.
Children Income: 0-1000 Bath or unstable Usage of Facility: Day time For this of the user will be alonging with other user, with family, with this ages they do not have a stable income because they may get it from their parent also they can get from part time working for their family, in the old Din Daeng flat some of the space it have provide some play space for the children when after the school they can going to play with their friends.

Processing on the script; to creating different of the layout of the unit beginning with the boundary of the unit to fit the geometry into it, the sizing of the boundary of the unit is controlled not more than 8.5 meter , then creating a fix zone (2.5mx4.3) to be a kitchen and bathroom to creating a system for the mechanical structure also creating another fix zone (2.0mx4.3m) to creating a space that connecting from first fix zone to be a clearance space, from that it losing a length of the room 4.5 meter then it have 4.0x4.2 left, it can play around with geometry to apply creating a different of the layout, then pick up the usable space from the varie of layout, then apply to the building controlled with the different of the layout it creating a part of the facade that extend from the unit it using as the shading device to protect the sun and testing analysis to see the result, then apply the value of direct sun hour apply to the scale size of the window on the units. The concept is creating a varies of layout demonstrate to people living in the old Din Daeng flat that in each room they have a different of layout adjusting to lifestyle.

With the result of fit the geometry in the boundary it creating a varies of layout then it need to be filtered that to limit the area that will not exceed the 33 sq.m. then pick up the layout that usable to continue to developing (no gap and having suitable space)

The layout that we choose continue to creating a mass to stacking up to be the building then using a direct sun hours to finding and scheme that suitable for the facade that can using a facade to blocking the sun to unit itself also other unit as well, then creating a pattern of the window that with scaling related to value of direct sun hour that effect to the facade. The site plan; the site surrounded by many off low-mid rise of the building such as the residential building; Old Din Daeng flat, religion building; Mosque, the building that provide for the communities such as the building for elder people that their do the activities or for socializing. The site is also nearby the express way that can be some of noise polution of designed high rise building. The lanscape of the building is designed fior provide the space for all people including outsider that can going to use this space, the main landscape is seperate to be two part that is drop off and entrance zone that have space to creating a small garden that increasing a green space in front of the entrance, the next one is big landscape space that is in front of the site which have an entrance for padestrain outside that can enter to the space, it provide to be a sitting space and communities space.

The elevation demonstrate the materials of the building, that most of them is concrete to making a solid to the building that need to designed to be a minimal tone mixing with the pattern of residential, witht parking facade, it is using a perforated aluminium to blocking the sunlight also some of raining but still let the wind inside the parking area. The lobby part also the elevator core using the glaze facade to creating a visibility for the user inside.
Concrete; using to overall of the building, residential facade to be a prefab concrete. Perforated facade; that made from the aluminium using for blocking the sun also the rain for parking. Glaze facade; using for creating visibility for the user inside the building, the residential, lobby and service areas.

The section A; demonstrate the parking, service core and residential space. For the parking area, it have a 8 floor including the ground floor it provide for the occupant cars also the motorcycle on the ground floor, To the residential is have the same width on each unit. For the service core such as the elevator core, and stair core in the section can see that the stair core, it have both side from the left and right to support the occupant and for the elevator core that have one side which have a michine room on the roof top also the water tank room entering on the roof top with the left stair.

The section B; demonstrate the parking, service for the units, a unit facade form and the community space on the 8th floor. For the unit service that demonstrate the position of service shaft that going directly to the ground floor also the prefab concrete facade on each unit. For the community space on the 8th floor it show the transition space between the residential space to another space also the function from the perforated facade that reaching to this floor and blocking some of sun light, the community space provide for occupant doing the activities,

The mechanical system in the building; the service shaft that settled front of the unit that connecting with kitchen and bathroom it creating a scheme and arrangment of the system to can be going directly from a water tank and pumping room and the waste can going down to undergroup to public management.
The facade of the building it is from the unit design that need to apply the strategies about avoiding the sun light, so the windows are adjust to be go inside the facade to be let the other part be a shading device. The materials and construction of the facade and inside the room; the facade is prefab concrete that is to manage about the forms of the facade that different on each unit (scale of the windows) then it apply to be a wall connecting to the floor that have a diffrent of the materials but the main is the wood floor apply on the concrete slab, the ceiling of the room using to be a finishing to cover the system of the room. Concrete; using to overall of the building, residential facade to be a prefab concrete also the floor slab. Wood flooring; that apply for the unit to giving a contrast to the concrete. Glass window; apply to the unit that using a different of scale but with the same function for the wind flow.
