As a Zermat Independent Business Owner you can not distort or tamper with any of the advertising images on our social medias or printed advertisements such as: photos, flyers, videos or audio without previous authorization from Zermat International. As a Zermat Independent Business Owner you can not use the name Televisa/ El Chavo , and/or Zermat International to create, design, or share new advertising material with the brand(s) mentioned above. This is an agreement that Televisa demands and you as a Zermat Independent Business Owner agree to abide by this rule. This means as a Zermat Independent Business Owner with the motif to promote and sell your El Chavo products, you can only share the images that Zermat International provides, only and when you do not change/alter any image, text, flyer or video.
