The Contest Period is October 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 1. Sales invoiced from category A commissionable products from October 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 will be included as long as they are paid in full by the end of the contest period.

2. Each point is equal to ONE DOLLAR in personal purchases from Category A COMMISSIONABLE PRODUCTS. 3. You must remain active during the contest period and date of travel.

4. The required recruitments must be personal and be active (with their minimum purchase) during the promotional period and paid in full before the end of the contest March 31, 2014.

5. The lowest level to maintain to stay in the contest is Zermat Leader.

6. To be a WINNER in this contest you must complete 100% of the sales and recruitment requirements by March 31, 2014.

7. Independent Entrepreneurs must complete the personal recruitment and group sales goals according to the goal table and the highest level that each Entrepreneur has obtained during July, August, and September of 2013.

8. The trip is NOT transferable, refundable, or exchangeable. The Entrepreneurs who cannot travel for health and/or documentation reasons must make it known no later than April 10, 2014 to receive alternate prizes equal to: Option 1: $500 bonus and $500 in product at catalog price. Option 2: Disney: 3 days and 2 nights for one Adult with a paid pass for 3 days to all the parks. Western Region - Disney California Eastern Region - Disney Orlando. The prize will be awarded for the Disney park closest to your city.

9. Sales aids, taxes, freight, shortages, and credit notes do NOT count towards points for this contest.

10. In the case of declining appointment during the contest period, you will need to meet the requirements for the appointment with which you began the contest, which is the highest level reached during July, August, and September, in their entirety or you may lose the prize. facebook.com/zermatinternational

11. If you would like to bring a guest, you must complete the totals indicated in the table.

12. Trips will not be offered in triplicate even if triple the points have been met, the maximum for this trip is one guest under the same Entrepreneur.

13. In the case of winning a trip for a guest, the guest will be one of your choosing, as long as they are not an ascending leader in your organization or a Zermat Leader that is NOT in your organization.

14. This contest is only for those 18 years of age or older and Zermat Independent Business Owners (or Entrepreneurs).

15. If your appointment rises during the contest period, you will keep the same goals that you started the contest with.

16. If you become an Elite or Star during the contest, you must maintain your leadership level the rest of the contest period to apply as part of the discounted rules and goals established in the Klub Elite.

17. All Elite and Stars must meet 100% of the recruitment goals.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. The International trip is NOT transferable to another person.

2. The International trip is NOT redeemable to alternate prizes that are otherwise established in these rules.

3. Excess accumulated points are NOT transferable to another person, they are yours only.

4. Alcoholic beverages, movie rentals, and other expenses are not included.

5. Zermat is not responsible for lost and/or overweight baggage.

6. Phone calls and/or any expenses not scheduled are not included.

The International Trip Includes: * Ground or air transportation necessary to reach the port for the cruise boat. * Cost of cruise leaving Galveston with taxes and gratuity included. * Meals and activities scheduled by Zermat. * Any expenses not mentioned in these rules prior during and after the International Trip must be paid by whoever incurred such expenses. (For example, Tours, alcohol, taxis, additional services such as Spa, etc.).

It is the responsibility of every winner and/or guest to process and/or have the following with enough time for departure: * United States Passport (if you are a U.S. citizen). * If you are not a U.S. citizen (you and/or your guest) must have: * Valid Passport. * American Visa or American Residency Card
