GENERAL
GENERAL RULES
All Zermat USA Independent Entrepreneurs participate regardless of their leadership level.
New Entrepreneurs are considered those Zermat USA Independent Entrepreneurs who for the first time in their history have reached an organizational volume of $0 a $5,000.00 as of January 2022, for volume greater than $5,000.00 participate according to with the next corresponding category of the table. Every Zermat USA Independent Entrepreneur who signed-up before December 31st, 2021 and who has not achieved any leadrrship category by August 2022, will participate with the Promoter and Team Builder bases according to the table. The personal trip will not be transferable.
In case of earning a trip for a companion, this may be transferable, as long as the companion is not an upline entrepreneur or an entrepreneur of another Zermat organization.
The contest period will be from October 1st, 2022 to March 31st, 2023.
The leadership category achieved in August 2022 will be the one considered to participate according to the table.
GENERAL RULES
The amounts are cumulative during the 6 month period.
The required Certified Promoters can be new or existing within each organization.
The level of personal leadership will not be taken as a Certified Promoter or higher leadership as required on the bases.
To participate with the Club rules, you must have qualified as a member for at least one quadmester during the contest period. (September -December 2022 or January - April 2023, and must stay qualified for at least 3 months of the second quadmester)
The requirements of general bases and VIP Clubs cannot be combined for companion travel.

Remember that being an International trip, you must have a CURRENT American Passport (if you are a citizen of the United States) with an expiration date of more than 6 months.
American and non-American minors: those who do not travel with one of their parents or legal representative, must have legal authorization to leave and re-enter the country by both parentes.
At Zermat USA, none of its employees are allowed to be held liable for minors and / or people.
If you are not a US citizen (you and / or your companions) must have: Passport FROM YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, US Visa or US Residence Card CURRENT, with an expiration date of more than 6 months.
All charges before, during and after the International Travel not mentioned in the rules must be paid by whoever incurs them. (For example: Beverages, taxis, rental of additional services such as Spa, etc.).
Zermat USA, will not be responsible for the loss of luggage and / or its overweight. Phone calls and / or expenses that are not in the program are not included.
Zermat USA, reserves the right to suspend any benefit, Bonus, Program or Trip to any Entrepreneur who violates the company's code of ethics.
ALTERNATIVE PRIZE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRIP 2023
All contest winners of the Zermat International Trip must notify the company in writing if they will not attend. The notification deadline is May 15, 2023, in which they must express their agreement to receive an alternate prize of $1,000.00 in cash, plus $1,000.00 non-commissionable in products at Zermat catalog prices.
According to the rules, the the winner of a companion trip will receive an additional $500.00 dollars in cash.
In summary, the maximum prize for trip winners and that of their companion will be $1,500.00 dollars in cash, plus $1,000.00 non-commissionable in products at Zermat catalog prices, which will be delivered the month following receiving the written notification described above.
