RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 1 A AMOUNT DOLLAR PAID = 1 PUNTO REWARD The Independent Zermat Entrepreneur generates Puntos Rewards through a variety of programs or trade promotions. Such points are credited at the end of each calendar month. VALIDITY OF PUNTOS REWARDS Points loose their value when an Independent Zermat Entrepreneur is inactive during two (2) calendar months. The PUNTOS REWARDS will expire the first day of his/her 3RD month. ACTIVITY Every A and B Amount purchases with value higher than zero (0) will be taken into consideration. REDEMPTION Puntos Rewards + price in dollars are redeemed in Zermat products. Puntos Rewards + price in dollars are redeemed in not Zermat products. In both cases the price in dollars could be zero (0), in which case it would only be redeemed with PUNTOS REWARDS. Permanent Promotion by Purchase Amount An extra 400 in bonuses will be credited per each $400.00 A Amount paid. In stock and not in stock products. Not in stock: Due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the control of Zermat USA, some rewards may not be immediately delivered and in some cases, delivery would take approximately up to 2 to 3 weeks. Entrepreneurs are only able to use their points towards existent and available rewards. Certain rewards are only available during a given period of time. Some rewards can also be regulated by additional terms and conditions set by our suppliers. We reserve the right to reject your request of utilizing points if your agreement or membership is expired, canceled or has been returned, or if you are no longer an Independent Zermat Entrepreneur.

We do everything in our power to provide the exact information of total of points required for rewards (or a replacement item) listing this at the rewards store website, and we reserve the right to adjust the value of points required to redeem in order to match current prices, and we are also allowed to change or replace a reward and its value without previous notice. All rewards are subject to availability. All rewards are made and/or distributed by independent suppliers, factories or service providers. Remove any points from your program account Temporarily suspend your capacity to redeem points Temporarily suspend your capacity to earn points Cancel your Puntos Rewards account

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: What do I do if my reward is broken, defective or if I receive the wrong reward? All the rewards are delivered with a standard warranty provided by the supplier or factory. Immediately notify the supplier to receive instruction on how to proceed. Can I return my reward if I change my preference? Yes, you are able to return your reward within 30 business days following delivery of the product, if such item is contained in its original packaging (you are responsible for shipping and delivery insurance cost). Gift cards and trip certificates are not returnable.
