I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, BUT I NEED THE PRODUCTS: WHAT CAN I DO? The postage and delivery service tries to deliver your order 3 times within 3 days, one time per day. If after trying to deliver your order they are unable to complete delivery, the order is returned to our offices. If you still wish to receive your order, we can arrange for re-delivery of your package to the same address or a different address.
