I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT: WHAT CAN I DO? When purchasing at our Distribution Center, make sure at time of purchase that your product is in good state. If an acquired product has a defect, the manager of the CDZ will immediately be able make an exchange. If you make your order thru the Business Center or Online, please call 1-877-659-1552 to report the defective product. Remember you only have 30 days after you have placed your order to report the defective product and to make the Exchange. Never dispose of the product, because it is necessary to send it back in order to process an exchange.

Place the product(s) inside a box sized according to the product dimensions and shape. Make sure the product is properly protected inside the box.
Attach the prepaid mailing sticker.

Seal the box with adhesive tape.
Deliver the package to your closest UPS or USPS location.
