GENERAL CONTEST RULES 1. The contest period is from July 1st, 2013 to September 30th, 2013. 2. This shall include amounts invoiced in commissionable sales from July 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013 provided that all of them are paid in full at the close of the contest. 3. You must to stay active during the contest period. 4. Independent Business Owners, Leaders and Supervisors Zermat must meet targeted production personal purchase goals set by each nomination of established in the charts, (Leadership Category) at the end of the month of June 2013. 5. Are you a Master or Elite currently or were you during the months of April, May and June 2013, you must comply with the bases of the highest achieved category and recruit a new leader Zermat during the contest. 6. If you have an Elite leadership level and you kept it during July, August and September (no grace period), all you have to do is 100% of the proposed recruitment goals and to create a new leader in your Zermat organization. 7. Independent Business Owners must meet the personal recruitment goals according to the set goals established in the charts and goals obtained by each entrepreneur in the month of June, 2013. 8. The trip is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Independent Business Owners who can not travel for health reasons and / or documentation, have to notify no later than August 31, 2013 to receive an alternate prize of $ 1,000.00. 9. Sales aids, taxes, freight, credit and credit notes, do not count in the scoring for this competition. 10. To be WINNER of this contest must meet the requirements of sales and recruitment to 100% by September 30, 2013. 11. The recruitments must be active during the promotional period and paid in full before the end of the contest. 12. All invoices must be paid at the end of the contest to be considered and all product returns will also be considered to determine the total. 13. When category nomination is decline during the contest period, must comply with the requirement of the nomination at the end of June 30th, 2013 or you may lose the prize. 14. If you wish to bring a guest you must meet the total indicated according to the table of targets for companions. No travel may offer triple by triplicate goals, the maximum for this trip is a passenger under one entrepreneur. 15. Should you win the trip for a companion, of your preference who you choose as long as it is not a leader in your upline organization or a leader of Zermat that is NOT part of your organization. 16. This contest is only for people over 18 years and Zermat Independent Business Owners. 17. If you are nominated to a higher category during the contest you will remain with the same basis with which you started the contest.

Important Notes: 1. The international travel is NOT transferable to another person 2. International travel will NOT be redeemable for prizes not established in these rules. 4. The extra accumulated points are not transferable to another person, they are personal. Personal alcoholic drinks, movie rentals, and other expenses not included on the schedule by the company. Zermat is not responsible for lost and/or overweight luggage. Does not include phone calls and / or expenses that are not in established in the program. International travel includes: • Airfare • Transfer Airport - Hotel - Activities - Airport (Does not include additional activities other than programmed by Zermat) • Food and Activities planned by Zermat. • All charges incurred before, during and after International Travel not mentioned in the rules shall be paid by the party that incurs in such expenses, (eg, Tours, alcohol, car rental, taxi rental services like laundry, spa, etc).
