I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT: WHAT CAN I DO? When purchasing at our Distribution Center, make sure at time of purchase that your product is in good state. If an acquired product has a defect, the manager of the CDZ will immediately be able make an exchange. If you make your order thru the Business Center or Online, please call 1-877-659-1552 to report the defective product. Remember you only have 30 days after you have placed your order to report the defective product and to make the Exchange. Never dispose of the product, because it is necessary to send it back in order to process an exchange.

2nd Contest for Kids!
Draw Zermat
In this second season, we invite all children of our Zermat Consultants between the ages of 5 and 12 years old to participate in this competition full of imagination and magic. Your kids will be able to express themselves through various drawing techniques, including pencil, crayons, aquarelle, charcoal, or any element that would be familiar to the creative process of our ingenious participants. Encourage your children’s talents and create with them the best possible drawing. Send their master pieces within the 1st and 31st of August 2011 to our Zermat USA Corporate Offices located at 3540 W. TC Jester, Houston, Texas 77018. The quantity of drawings per participant is unlimited, and their sizes could be from a letter sheet type to half of any school soft or hard cardboard.
Remember, imagination is the key that opens the door to magical creations!
