Held in Mental Health Awareness Week the theme of which this year is STRESS. Walking is a great stress buster so come and join us! Two routes 2.5 mile or 4km and 4 mile or 7km. Walkers and supporters can then enjoy refreshments and cakes upstairs in the gym between 2pm and 4pm. A unique selection of ‘photopoems’ and prints stimulated by John Clare’s archive. Clare’s extreme poverty resulted in him working on bits and pieces of paper with ink from a toxic recipe that has eaten into those fragments of paper, leaving a tragic record of ‘wounded words.’
