Kinsbrook launches Kinsbrook Farmhouse: a brand new farm shop and eatery in West Sussex

EXPECT GLORIOUS VIEWS P rogressive West Sussex vineyard, Kinsbrook, has opened the doors to its new farm shop and eatery. Open seven days a week, visitors can expect superb local produce and delicious seasonal dishes in a picturesque vineyard setting.

The Kinsbrook Farmhouse will boast a fresh butchery counter using only local, ethically and sustainably-sourced meats, a deli counter with a wide range of antipasti, local flowers, artisan cheeses, a selection of fine wines, craft ciders and spirits, fresh produce and much more – all fully supporting the local community.

Upstairs, the laid-back eatery will o er a considered brunch and lunch menu from

Wednesday to Sunday, masterminded by Head Chef Greg Round of Spring

London and Bonhams. On the other days of the week, customers will still be able to enjoy a co ee or glass of wine with a small and simple food o ering.

The menu will feature small, carefully curated plates of food using only the best, sustainably-sourced produce which will change regularly depending on what is available and in season.

THE VINEYARD

Located in a newly built barn in the heart of the vineyard, in-keeping with a traditional Sussex barn style, you will be able to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the vines with the South Downs as your backdrop.

There’s always something going on at Kinsbrook: daily tours and tastings, ‘The Sunday Sessions’ on Sundays which showcase local live music, Supper Clubs and even the occasional Harvest Party.

Led by Joe Beckett and Rebecca Dancer, Kinsbrook is creating an exciting range of hand-crafted wines from grapes grown on its third-generation farmland. Kinsbrook is an experience-led vineyard focused on enabling people to drink English wine where it was grown and matured. Favouring minimal-interventionalist, regenerative practices both in the vineyard and winemaking processes, Kinsbrook is continuing to promote sustainability through Kinsbrook Farmhouse.
