Sounding Today Six Mile Creek is a famous hub for reacreation and hiking. The second dam by the reservoir is very famous for jump of into the water. But before becoming a hiking/recreation/park space, its history is a scroll of manipulating water to engage with water. This project explores different ways and technicals to mapping the different characters of Six Mile Creek. Ranging from Transect drawings to 3D modeling, presenting the landscape from flat surface to 3-dimension. At last, I created a piece of short animation based on its history using After Effect to rediscover the rich history of Six Mile Creek. Timeline

Design Strategies & Elements The Plaza area of art complex is not far from the garden area. It was surrounded by humanity building and art building with one side open. The facade of the art building is constructed as a entire wall with big glass window. The lights in the building can be seen through from the class like light stripe fall to ground. Spring

Visual Investigation Investigate the Form and Metaphor of Ancient Rome

Largo di torre argentina Reconstruction

largo di torre argentina is a very significant site in Rome today. It may not be as important as other great ruins in the great city, but it is now the home for many urban cats. The ruin is made up with 4 temples that can date back to ancient Roman Republic. The temple is no longer exist today and one of them is still buried under the street. I was imaging how it would be like back to the old times and drew the line work of my imagination, creating this drawing. I also added the dome of St Peter’s. It is not possible to see the dome on the site but St Peter’s is in that direction. It is the symbol of power switching from the great Romans to church.
