HFC Central Tower A Natural High-tech Landmark(358m) Situation: under Contruction Site: Shenzhen, CN Date: July.2019 to Now Leader: MENG Jianmin( 工程院院士 ) WU Chao( 环境院总建筑师 ) Different from the super high-rise landmark buildings that reflect the power of capital in the city, this project is a technology industry landmark built by the government. It is established between the transportation hub and the central park, the city and the future, and carries the government's expectations and aspirations for Shenzhen's future urban development. The designer hopes that the image of the building can reflect the current urban spirit of Shenzhen and the beautiful expectations of Shenzhen people for the future. Development has no limits, and the future blooms brilliantly. 本项目由工程院院士孟建民牵头领导,在国际竞标中胜出。与林立于都市中反映资本 力量的超高层地标建筑不同,本项目是一栋由政府兴建的科技产业地标。它树立于交 通枢纽与中心公园、城市与未来之间,承载了政府对深圳未来城市发展的期望和抱 负 . 哦们希望大楼的形象能反映当下深圳的城市精神和深圳人对于未来的美好期望 : 发展没有极限,未来绚丽绽放。 我参与了这个宏大项目的后期工作,包括局部空间深化设计、表皮设计、塔冠设计、 甲方汇报文本绘制、各专业单位联络等工作。并且在技术中心学习掌握了一整套动态 参数化设计系统,能够熟练操作、修改相关电池组,将这套系统运用于其它项目中。

The shape adopts a huge column structure, twelve huge columns and 24 small columns, which follow the shape and grow naturally, providing enough unity for the tower, and the core tube is conducive to lateral stability. This structure and the floor frame structure together achieve structural efficiency, without additional columns, and achieve the best utilization of floor area.

CCCG South Headquarters An Building Competition (235m) Situation: Win Site: Shenzhen, CN Date: Oct.2020 to Now Leader: WU Chao( 环境院总建筑师 ) The CCCC South Headquarters Building Competition is a high-end industrial office project. It is a large-scale urban complex that includes industrial research and development, government offices, public facilities, schools, school dormitories, and relocation apartments. It is composed of two towers and podiums. to make. In the design of the key office tower of the project, our concept is to place an ecological green core in the center of the tower to carry the tower's functions such as "breathing", "social" and "art".
中交南方总部大厦竞赛是一个高端产业办公项目,它是一个包含产业研发、政府办公、 公共配套、学校、学校宿舍、回迁公寓等功能的大型城市综合体,由两栋塔楼和裙房 组合而成。在项目重点办公塔楼的设计中,我们的理念是在塔楼中央置放一个生态绿 色核心,用来承载塔楼的“呼吸”“社交”“艺术”等功能。 我在这个投标项目中全程参与,包括前期调研、塔楼前期设计、风格灵感征集,体量 推敲、幕墙表皮多方案比选 , 空中大堂、学校、商场入口设计以及城市各类分析图绘制、 体量生成分析图绘制、幕墙节点构造图绘制、总平填色、平面填色,以及最后的视频 渲染制作。

SZ Pingshan Sports Center A Public Building Competition Situation: Finished and failed Site: Shenzhen, CN Date: Aug.2020 to Oct.2020 Leader: WU Chao( 环境院总建筑师 ) WANG Siwen The Pingshan Sports Center project is a large-scale public cultural and sports architecture competition organized by the Shenzhen Pingshan District Government. It includes a 400-meter sports field, multiple indoor sports venues, comprehensive sports facilities, a theater, and a hotel. Compared with the traditional public sports building types in the past, what we are trying to do is an open sports block embedded in the city, a national sports space with wind, light and nature. 深圳坪山体育中心项目是由深圳坪山区政府组织的大型公共文体类建筑竞赛。它包含 一片 400 米体育场地,多个室内运动场馆、体育综合配套、一个剧院以及揖作酒店。 相较于以往传统的公共体育建筑类型,我们试图做的是一个嵌入城市的开放运动街区, 一个有风、有光、有自然的全民体育空间。 我在这个投标项目中全程参与,包括前期调研、场地强排、案例分析、建筑造型设计、 细节深化、景观设计、局部空间深化设计、分析图绘制、文本制作以及最终汇报。
