Mubako the Cave started after the socialisation that men are brave and remain in their own cocoon ,not to share their deepest fears,hurts and struggles.The podcast is a platform which allows men to express diverse issues such as depression,marriage,sex issues,monetary challenges and everything that evolves and what it is to be a man.The aim of the show is to help men express their struggles and be able
to get advice and also allow women to appreciate men. Mubako The Cave is hosted by Ronald Ngwerume a married man and Jasper Mhishi a bachelor so as to explore the two worlds of living as a married man and as a man trying to settle down.The podcast airs every Tuesday and is found on various platforms such as Apple Podcast,Podbean, Buzzsprout, Sound Cloud,YouTube and Whatsapp. The hosts have a passion of putting out men’s issues and love to help boys and young men who still are looking to make it in life.
